Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you can return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Item Condition

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations may not be eligible for a return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. In the case of an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once the returned item is received and processed.

5. Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges for the same item in a different size or color. If you wish to exchange your item, please follow the return process and specify the desired exchange. Free exchanges are not available; any additional shipping costs for the exchange will be the buyer's responsibility.

6. Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Free return shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders over a certain amount.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for custom-made or personalized items, as well as perishable goods and items marked as final sale.

8. International Returns

We handle international returns in the same manner as domestic ones. However, return shipping costs for international orders will also be the buyer's responsibility.

9. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation. Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving the product to qualify for a damage claim.
